This session is designed to help research administrators/facilitators navigate the job design process for grant-paid positions, including both unionized and non-unionized roles. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to effectively advise Principal Investigators (PIs) and support job design and recruitment activities within their research units.
During the session, we will review the grant-paid job description template, the current job evaluation and classification process, and key recruitment procedures, including drafting and posting positions in PeopleAdmin. There will also be an opportunity for questions and discussion at the end of the session.
