Grant-Paid Employees: Leave Management User Training Session

This virtual training session will introduce you to the Leave Management system, which will be implemented for all grant-paid staff (both unionized and non-unionized) starting June 1, 2026.

During the session, you will learn:

  • How to use the online Leave Management system supported by Banner
  • How to submit leave requests for approval
  • Key timelines for submitting and approving leave
  • How to track your leave balances

A representative from Labour and Employee Relations will also be available to answer questions about leave entitlements under the collective agreement or the grant-paid staff guide. Please note that the main focus of the session is to help you learn how to use the system to enter and track leave requests.

This training will be held on Microsoft Teams.  After you register, you will receive a Teams link by email a couple of days prior to the event.
