Session Description:
This interactive session brings together integrated planning, data, and governance to show how they collectively enable smarter, more confident decision-making at Dalhousie. Through engaging discussion and practical examples, participants explore how data and shared tools enable evidence-based decisions, strengthen accountability, and create a common language for measuring progress across the institution. By supporting informed decision-making, the session highlights how transparency is improved and how everday decisions can be more clearly connected to Dalhousie's academic and research mission.
