Session Description
In this interactive session, participants will explore their unique Gallup CliftonStrengths and consider how these talents can shape meaningful and authentic leadership. Through guided activities and reflective discussion, participants will deepen their understanding of their personal strengths, learn strategies to apply them with purpose, and build confidence in their leadership identity.
By the end of the session, participants will clearly articulate their strengths and develop an action plan to intentionally leverage these strengths in future leadership roles.
Important Information for Participants:
Participants will receive a CliftonStrengths assessment code within a few days of registering for the session. The assessment must be completed in advance of the workshop (by March 23) so participants can fully engage in the session activities.
This session has limited capacity given the cost of the Assessments. If the session is full, please register for the waitlist and we will let you know in advance when this session is offered again. If you are a current participant in the Navigate or Beacon Leadership Academy cohorts, please refrain from registering for this session as you will be offered an Assessment as part of your cohort.
