Together with Acadia University, Holland College, Memorial University, and St. Francis Xavier University, we will be offering four sessions per semester over the next two semesters. The work you do matters — and so does your well-being.
The PowerHour Series creates a welcoming space for faculty and staff to explore resilience, share experiences, and learn simple, effective practices that make a meaningful difference. While a series, each session is stand alone and invites conversation, reflection, and practical skill-building you can apply right away. It’s also a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues across the Atlantic region who are navigating many of the same challenges.
