Stephanie Lynch (MEd) has been an educator for 30 years. For the past 7 she has been following her passion for women’s health and wellness to obtain certifications as a Personal trainer, Women’s Coaching Specialist, Menopause Coach and Nutrition Coach. Last June, she retired from her teaching career to follow her passion full-time. Stephanie can now be found at PuncHIIT Fitness working with clients one-to-one and teaching strength classes and kettlebell classes. She believes wholeheartedly that health is not a size, look, or number and loves helping women, especially women in mid-life, discover how strong they truly are, inside and out.
