Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Retirement Seminar

One of the benefits that Dalhousie University offers is an Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to help support you and your immediate family members with challenges you may face at different points of your lives.  The EFAP provides counselling support and access to professions such as lawyers, financial advisors, and dieticians.  But did you also know that the EFAP has a range of pre-retirement resources to help you start planning your transition into retirement?

The Dalhousie Retirement Services team is happy to highlight the range of pre-retirement resources available through the EFAP.

Retirement offers more choices and opportunities than ever before.  Will you focus on your interests and hobbies, travel more, or maybe start a new career?  The Retirement Planning Program (offered as a component of the EAFP Career Counselling service) alleviates stress and apprehension by providing tips and manageable solutions to ensure a happy, successful transition into retirement.

The seminar will be presented by Kerri Farrell, the Customer Success Manager with TELUS Health.

This session is open to all Dalhousie Faculty and Staff who are 45 years and older.
