Introduction to Mindfulness: Compassion Fatigue & Sustainable Self-Care

All faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual Meditation session on Tuesday, April 22. This will be the eighth and final session of an 8-week series about mindfulness presented by Flo Meditation.

You do not need to have attended previous sessions to attend this session.

Today's session focuses on compassion fatigue and sustainable self-care. Giving to others is important, but sustainable well-being requires caring for ourselves too. In this final session, we will explore mindfulness-based self-care strategies, the importance of setting healthy boundaries, and techniques for preventing burnout. Participants will leave with a personalized self-care toolkit to integrate mindfulness and well-being practices into their daily lives.
