Introduction to Mindfulness: Loving-Kindness & Empathy

All faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual Meditation session on Tuesday, April 15. This will be the seventh session of an 8-week series about mindfulness presented by Flo Meditation.

You do not need to have attended previous sessions to attend this session.

Today's session focuses on loving-kindness and empathy. Compassion for self and others is a vital part of emotional well-being. This session will introduce the practice of loving-kindness meditation, helping participants cultivate greater empathy, patience, and self-acceptance. Through guided visualization and reflection, we will explore how small shifts in mindset can foster deeper connections and kindness in daily life.
