Introduction to Mindfulness: Adaptability & Emotional Agility

All faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual Meditation session on Tuesday, April 8. This will be the sixth session of an 8-week series about mindfulness presented by Flo Meditation.

You do not need to have attended previous sessions to attend this session.

Today's session focuses on adaptability and emotional agility. Adaptability is the key to thriving in an unpredictable world. This session will explore how mindfulness supports flexibility in thinking, emotional agility, and the ability to embrace change. Through guided exercises and reflective practices, participants will develop the skills to stay open, responsive, and empowered in shifting circumstances.
