Introduction to Mindfulness: Resilience & Equanimity

All faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual Meditation session on Tuesday, April 1. This will be the fifth session of an 8-week series about mindfulness presented by Flo Meditation.

You do not need to have attended previous sessions to attend this session.

Today's session focuses on resilience and equanimity. True resilience is about responding to life's challenges with grace and steadiness. This session will delve into mindfulness-based tools that help build emotional resilience, balance reactions to adversity, and cultivate an attitude of equanimity. Participants will learn how to remain steady and centered, even in the face of stress and uncertainty.
