Flow Yoga with Cia

Take a break from your busy day and find some balance! Feel stronger, more focused and centered, at the same time feeling relaxed and more limber! Yoga with Cia! is good for all ages and levels, from beginners to experienced Yogis! Come enjoy our non-competitive and non-judgmental environment. This practice, incorporating the best elements from Vinyasa, Flow and Hatha Yoga, can improve your strength, flexibility and balance, while helping to de-stress and energize you.

Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you can - mats will be on site if you don't have one.  

This session will take place in the Dalplex.

 

Our Presenter:

Cia Tweel joined the Dalhousie community in 1999 and currently works full time in the School of Occupational Therapy. Outside of Dal hours, Cia teaches Yoga, Fitness, Dance and Personal Training while operating Yoga with Cia! and Cia’s Body Work with the motto “making yoga and fitness fun.” Over the years you may have seen Cia at a number of fitness events, workshops and warm-ups on Dal campus, as well as throughout Halifax, providing ‘Fun Fitness Warm-ups’ for large charity events!
