Dalhousie’s Employment Equity Plan presents a set of overarching priorities and concrete actions that will help us realize equity in employment. This interactive workshop will provide employees with practical tools to help them implement this plan and help make their workspaces more equitable and inclusive.

This workshop's objectives are to:

  • Create a collective learning space
  • Explore Dal’s Employment Equity Plan priorities and actions
  • Discuss current labour market information (challenges and opportunities)
  • Share opportunities and challenges related to the implementation of the plan within your own division
  • Create your implementation plan that will make your workplace more equitable and inclusive

Note: All Dalhousie employees are able to attend; however, each session has a maximum capacity of 25 people.
