Zumba Energizer (in person)

Come spend 35 minutes moving and grooving to Latin rhythms in this fun and energizing fitness class. In addition to being fun, Zumba boosts your heart health, improves coordination and balance, tones your entire body and helps you destress. Think of it as less of a workout and more of a party!

No experience is necessary—Zumba is for everyone! Dress in comfortable clothing that allows full movement of your arms and legs and bring some water for hydration. We will start with a short dance warm-up, groove to a few songs of varying intensities, and end with a cooldown.

Our Facilitator: Les Tyler Johnson is a licensed Zumba instructor and is excited to share his passion for Zumba with us. He also teaches Zumba at Dalplex on Saturday mornings and is a Senior Educational Developer at the Centre for Learning and Teaching. Les will be wearing a face mask during the class, so feel free to do so as well, if you wish.
