This session for managers will focus on creating and maintaining supportive workplace culture. We will discuss key concepts for managers to establish a work environment which makes employees feel valued, challenged to grow, and supported in their roles and in their workplace. We will also discuss approaches to setting clear expectations and holding people accountable for their own contribution to the work and to the culture. Together, these concepts will set employees up to thrive and to do their best work.
