When workload is stressful there are potential impacts on the people involved and on the quality of work delivered. Assessing the situation and preparing for a fruitful discussion with your supervisor can be guided by using Dal’s “Workload Reflection and Discussion Tool”. This training will include a self-reflection activity and discussions on how to best address workload situations. We will explore communication preparation and strategies.

This session will appeal to those in staff roles that are experiencing workload concerns. It will be especially helpful to those that wish to have problem solving discussions with their supervisor and/or others.
