The stresses and challenges of caring for others are numerous and can take their toll, affecting the caregiver and the one receiving care, as well as the caregiver's family, friends and workplace.
Come share your experiences and feel the support of others who know what it's like. The discussion will be led by Janice MacInnis, Manager of Organizational Health, a former caregiver herself.
