Register here to be sent an invitation to the Zoom meeting closer to the date.

For higher job satisfaction, more productive relationships, and increased confidence, having a high IQ (i.e., book smarts) isn’t enough. It’s becoming increasingly clear that emotional intelligence (i.e., EQ) is one of the most important skills any individual can have. And now, more than ever, these “street smarts” and social-emotional skills are critical for success.

Workshop Outcomes:

  • Understand what emotional intelligence is and why it matters for personal and professional success.
  • Self-assess your EQ strengths and weaknesses and gain simple tips that will help to develop your EQ.
  • Learn how to avoid being “emotionally hijacked” and remain strong during stressful and challenging times.
