Come spend 45 minutes moving and grooving to Latin rhythms in this fun and energizing online fitness class.
No experience is necessary—Zumba is for everyone! Follow along as best you can, but more importantly, smile and have fun. Dress in comfortable clothing that allows full movement of your arms and legs, have some water on hand, and ensure you have some space to move around in.
In addition to being fun, Zumba boosts your heart health, improves coordination and balance, tones your entire body and helps you destress. Think of it as less of a workout and more of a party!
Our Facilitator: Les Tyler Johnson is a licensed Zumba instructor and is excited to share his passion for Zumba with us. He is also an Educational Developer at the Centre for Learning and Teaching.
