Getting Your Spark Back

January 18, 25, February 1, 2023 (3-part series)
12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Register here to be sent an invitation to the online meetings closer to the start of the series.

In this 3-session series, we will explore what it means to have a "spark," why you may have lost it and, most importantly, how to get it back.

Post pandemic stress and world events have left a mark on our mental health. This ongoing stress impacts us at many levels, to the point where we often feel we are just trying to get through the day. There is a need to rebuild our inner spark, energy and glow.

Each session will build on the previous one. There will be simple hands-on exercises to practice in the days between the sessions.

By the end of the "Getting Your Spark Back" sessions you will:

  • Recognize what creates your spark
  • Practice strategies for getting your spark back
  • Create a plan to deal with spark cancelling obstacles
