Managing teams that blend in-person and remote work is not an easy task. In order to keep employees motivated and ensure best performance, managers and supervisors can revisit the fundamentals of good management. This effort includes setting clear expectations, leading productive meetings, ensuring effective communication, leading by example and evaluating team performance.

In this program, we will look at the performance process in both the unionized and non-unionized context, and identify how best to encourage and monitor individual and team effectiveness.
