Boundaries are ways to set limits. They can be applied to many aspects of our work – the timing of work hours, undisturbed time, response time, work priorities, roles and communication channels. All these items affect our work relationships which means gaining agreement and commitment through communication is key. Understanding the context of expectations provides the clarity needed for boundaries to be respected.
Learning Objectives
This session will appeal to anyone who needs to set new boundaries or have existing boundaries respected.
