The transition from in-person to online meetings has challenged us. Are you exhausted by ineffective meetings without clear expectations? Do you wonder if you really need to be at the meeting? Do you struggle with engaging others to participate fully?

This session will appeal to both those who chair or facilitate meetings and those who attend them. Discover how to ensure that meetings are as effective in the virtual environment as they are when we meet face-to-face. Explore best practices for hybrid meetings that include both virtual and face to face participants.

Learning Objectives

  • Review logistical strategies for successful meetings
  • Discuss tips for meeting roles, behaviors and meaningful engagement
  • Identify how to ensure meeting expectations and outcomes are met
