Special Event for Wellbeing and Coping with Stress (for students, faculty and staff)

Faculty, staff and students are invited to explore wellbeing and de-stressing activities together in community.

Join in this in-person event to learn some strategies for coping with stress from Dr. David Pilon and explore some calming activities (art, puzzles, desk stretches, affirmation sharing, and wellbeing kit creation) together. We will finish with a short mindfulness exercise to take us into the final week of term. We look forward to seeing members from all facets of the Dal community at this event.

All Dalhousie safety protocols will apply at this event, including masks and event check-in with Dalhousie ID.
