Ease your way through the day with this gentle stretch routine that will target the major muscle groups in the body and  assist with  joint mobility. Some stretches may also be done while seated in a chair.

Our Instructor: Helen Burns is an Instructor and Personal Trainer at Dalplex. She enjoys motivating people to become active and keep active by incorporating activity into their every day lifestyle.
