The human back is composed of a complex structure of muscles, ligaments, tendons, disks, and bones, which work together to support the body and enable us to move around. Eighty percent of the population will have low back pain at some time in their life,whcih can range from uncomfortable to debilitating.
Keep your back healthy or address your back pain in this session. Learn from a physiotherapist and gain some strategies to help you have a strong, healthy back.
