Food is a multi-billion dollar industry, but it is really fuel for your body. We use food for comfort, as a reward, as a distraction or as a gift. We use food when we are depressed, bored, or lonely. These days with so many choices and reasons for eating, the food we eat also fuels our guilt! What if our food was simply a source of enjoyment?
In this Lunch ‘n’ Learn we will discuss being more conscious of the foods we choose and enjoying the foods we eat.

Our Presenter: Floria Aghdamimehr, a Productivity Wellness Consultant, is chronically passionate about wellness with a holistic approach and believes in being proactive. She works with companies and organizations to help eliminate workplace challenges. She helps reduce costs, build trusting relationships, manage change, and increase productivity to achieve greater customer satisfaction. Floria has many years of experience with various elements that contribute to wellbeing including nutrition, preventing/managing obesity, joy and happiness, improving quality of life to reverse or slow the aging process.
